Pro Oasis

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pro Oasis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Pro Oasis on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Account & Workspace

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each workspace owner is responsible for managing access levels (Proprietaire, Administrateur, Manager, Agent) and the actions of their team members within the platform.

3. Subscription & Billing

Pro Oasis offers monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans billed in XAF. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pro Oasis for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, to interfere with other users, or to transmit malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into Pro Oasis. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export your data at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pro Oasis is provided “as is.” TRUST UP CONSEIL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Douala.
