At Pro Oasis, security isn't an afterthought — it's foundational. Your business data is the most valuable asset you trust us with, and we treat it accordingly.

Infrastructure

Pro Oasis runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with automatic scaling, redundancy, and 99.9% uptime SLA. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

Authentication

We use Firebase Authentication with support for email/password, Google Sign-In, and phone number verification. All sessions are validated server-side with JWT tokens. Role-based access control ensures users only see what they're authorized to.

Data Isolation

Each workspace is fully isolated. Workspace data is scoped by workspace ID at every API layer. Cross-workspace data access is architecturally impossible.

Backups

Automated daily backups with 30-day retention. Point-in-time recovery available for all subscription tiers.

Vulnerability Reporting

Found a security issue? Report it responsibly to security@pro-oasis.com. We respond within 24 hours and fix critical issues within 72 hours.
